Sinziana Ravini is an art critic, editor and curator based in Paris. She is working as a theory teacher at L'ICART (L'école du commerce de l'art et de l'action culturelle) in Paris. Associated editor of Paletten Art Magazine between 2004 and 2007 and Editor in Chief since 2011 together with Milou Allerholm and Fredrik Svensk. She writes for magazines like Artforum, Artpress, Frog, Technikart, Be Contemporary and Glänta, and daily newspapers like Dagens Nyheter and Göteborgs Posten. Curator of United States of Europe (2011) - a nomadic exhibition about Europe and European identities traveling from Lodz to Paris, "Nordic Delight" at the Swedish Institute in Paris (2010), “Microfictions” at Oro Gallery in Gothenburg (2009), “Playground Revolutions” at the Romanian Cultural Institute in Stockholm (2008) and “In Search of the Lost Self” at Bonniers Konsthall in Stockholm (2007). Sinziana Ravini holds a M.A. in Art History (2005) at Gothenburg University in Sweden and a Ph.D. in comparative literature (2008) at the University of Heidelberg in Germany.
